Charity Onu is the Owner and Artistic Director of FBAAD, Fort Bend Academy of Arts and Dance. She is a native of Houston, Texas and has been dancing for over 20 years and teaching for over 15 years. She is a graduate of Sam Houston State University where she studied dance under the direction of Dana Nicolay. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance, with a teaching certification in dance, and a minor in business and education. Charity has taught dance in Aldine I.S.D, Houston I.S.D, and Texas Southern University. She continues to choreograph and teach for many school music and dance programs, dance companies, churches, organizations, and individuals.
